The Project is located in Chammis, a calm residential area in Baabdat, close to the The Village Square and 2 minutes from exit of the Metn Highway. The site is a 1250m2 plot of land on a pronounced slope allowing each apartment to own a private garden and connect directly to the exterior through a central external stair.

Chammis Sud is an ensemble of 6 high end apartments divided into two entities by a glass staircase and a lively internal courtyard. All six apartments have individual gardens ranging from 75 to 200 mas well as a 40 mroof studio, two car spaces and an individual cellar in the basement.

In line with all of Aspect Developers residences, Chammis Sud is an environmentally friendly building. with a well insulated envelope, gas boilers for central heating, hygro-controlled mechanical ventilation for fresh air renewal, photovoltaïc panels generating electricity, and low-e double glazing.

Materials and appliances are selected with particular care to have a minimal impact on the environement such as  high quality low-VOC and low consumption mixers.
